Our returns policy is very simple – we will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund or store credit. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our warehouse. To send the item back please click the link here above and easily create your return and get your return label online.
- All products must be returned within 14 days after receiving them.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- All products must have all original Rivero tags still attached.
- Shipping back to our office is at the customers’ own cost.
Regular
Any products purchased in our regular store can be returned and will be fully refunded.
Sale
Any products purchased in the Sale can’t be refunded. You can change it for another size or get store credit.
*Also when you pay with Klarna, you can't get refunds for SALE items.
Refunds
As soon as we have received your return, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business to process your refund. We ship for free in The Netherlands, and worldwide if the order amount is above a specific amount. We offer free shipping on orders above €50,00, however we will still charge the shipping costs we made from the total refund amount once a full order is returned for a refund.
